Only 4 teams finished race 5 of the Spring Championship

Last Sunday, just four teams managed to complete the race on the near-deserted Sydney Harbour. For the third time this season, the strong north-east winds of 25-30 knots made things quite challenging, but the brave 18 footer fleet assembled on the starting line to take on the seas.
Despite sailing hard and being strong in the competition, the Balmain team didn’t finish the race, but not before providing some great images of the contest.
Next Sunday is the final race of the Spring Championship, and we can’t wait to see everyone come out and enjoy the action.
