The 2024/2025 18 Foot Season was filled with emotions, and we sincerely appreciate the hard work and dedication of the Balmain Team Henry Larkings, Tom Grimes and Flynn Twomey for their outstanding performances.
Throughout the season, the team faced several challenges, including a race cancellation due to an intense electrical storm and hail, a serious starboard hustle with another skiff, strong 18 knot southerly winds, a jib that carried away, a spinnaker that was torn apart and so on.
Despite these obstacles, the Balmain team demonstrated incredible consistency, competing in the NSW Championships, National Championships and JJ Giltinan Championships.
