Andrew Griffin, Balmain Group Chief Executive, addressed 600 Balmain Opportunity Trust (BOT) investors at the Fullerton Hotel in Sydney. This concluded Balmain’s annual Investor briefing for 2025 which was attended by over 800 people in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.
Investor briefings have been held annually since BOT was established over 7 years ago. With direct funds under management of over $3.5bn and over 11,000 Investors, the Balmain Group remains one of the leading private credit businesses in Australia.
“The residential property market remains robust, our portfolio investments are all performing well and with interest rates set to decline over the coming 12 months, the outlook for BOT remains very positive,” said Andrew.
