Tom Sherston and Alex Wells of Balmain Private attended the AAS & SMSF Conference in Orange, NSW during February 2021. Organised and managed by AAS (Accounting & Adviser Services) the event pulled together Financial Advisors from NSW, VIC and QLD for 4 days of industry learning. The conference was a fusion of both live presentations and virtual digital media.
Chris Jordan, ATO Commissioner, provided the Special address with the various following sessions touching on SMSF Portfolio Administration, compliant SMSF Strategies, SMSF Practice pre and post COVID-19 as well as Family Trusts and Market updates.
The Key Note address was presented by Dr Gill Hicks with the Balmain Private virtual chat being presented by Executive Chairman Michael Holm.
Tom and Alex were on hand to field any questions and flesh out the benefits of the Balmain Discrete Mortgage Income Trusts.
